No One-Size-Fits-All Approach
I take the time to understand my clients and counsel them as they select the right estate planning strategies. Below are some common estate planning documents that may be needed.

Last Will and Testament
A written document to convey a person’s wishes for how their estate should be administered and assets distributed.

Revocable Living Trust
An RLT (often combined with a pour-over will) is used to have trust-owned assets avoid the probate court process.

Power of Attorney
A written agreement that allows a person to designate another to act on their behalf for specific matters (often financial or medical).

Medical Directives
A written instrument to memorialize a person’s instructions and preferences, if they later become unable to make their own health care decisions.
